  Positive: Baby was shipped out very fast and was clean. Neg: Information was left out on condition of baby. One side of head has shaved/missing hair. She only photographed/showed top of head where hair is perfect. Baby eyes are very red, which was muted in the only photograph of face. Next time fully disclose this type of information. I have several reborn babies and have always had any booboo known prior to purchase. Also overcharged for shipping and didn't get reimbursed for overpayment.
