The science project/ birthday present this was part of was ruined. The insult to injury is the no communication.

  The snails all arrived alive!! I ordered 4 and I got 9 all fairly large. The only issue was that two snails were loose in the box cause their container had opened and dried out so I almost squished one that was right inside the flap on the box but all was good and no squished snails.
