  You live in Puerto Rico, I do not ship there. Shipping quoted would be $130+ which was more than you paid. I called the # listed for you but the message was in Spanish (which I do not speak) and I did not leave one as a result. If you know someone in Miami I can ship the wheel to you I will sell and ship the wheel there. You can make arrangements with them to get the wheel to you.
