Excellent for the proce
It’s a nice LMR and can’t beat the price. It worked well in the Cascades, climbing through long trails and clearly communicating with a second party up to 3 miles away and being surrounded by granite rocks. Only complaint is that you cannot label channels unless you use the software, but programming with only the radio isn’t too difficult. Held its charge for our 5 day hike and was able to pick up NOAA weather forecasts on it. I’d definitely buy more, but if you want to easily program and label your channels I would get the programming cable too. My Puxing PX777/888 programming cable did not work.

Cool
It’s nice and great for your themed room, to have on your desk, etc. only complaint I have is it is super dim lighting. Cool for night but don’t count on it to light up a room. I would still buy it again.

Will be buying more!
Used it on my snowboard. Has survived sub zero temps, abrasive snow/ice, did awesome in the rain/water, functioned flawlessly as my board flexed over terrain and never lost its adhesion. RECOMMEND!!
