A great reasonably priced activity band
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this after a recommendation by a family member. It has the basics, distance, time, systolic heart measurement, plus little surprises, like telling you to get up and move, and extra alarms in the morning if you haven't got out of bed!! I don't wear it in the shower - not sure if it is waterproof, but otherwise it's on my wrist all the time.
