Original package was damaged by Australia Post causing 1 of 2 items to be lost in transit, seller organised a replacement which arrived also with damage package by Australia Post but item was perfect and not lost.   I received this item which was not as describe OR pictured. I have written to the seller twice requesting a refund with no response to date. The item I received is a very cheap fuse that I could have purchased from Bunnings for $1. On top of not receiving the item described, I was also charged excessive postage of $15.95 for a tiny fuse. This seller is obviously not concerned about negative feedback or the advice that I would report this transaction to eBay.

  Good value for money, dispatched quickly, exactly as described. The wiring connection can be awkward to get in place. Make sure you hold onto the supply connection so it doesn't slip out through the back of the oven. And take a picture of the wiring connection so that you can check it is correct.

  This was advertised as a 4-pack for $14.95 plus postage (see screenshot). It seemed an unusually good deal, but stranger things have happened, so I grabbed it. But the order then somehow got changed to just a single item for that price, meaning I'd paid about $7 more than I would have elsewhere. On asking them repeatedly to acknowledge this as an error (or worse) on their part, all they would say was "return it", which I did. Screenshot shows what I ordered.
