  The items I purchased were never shipped. It was an honest mistake on the seller's part, and they even offered to refund my money. But the seller also said they would ship the item anyway, and they never did. When I asked the seller about it (twice now) I have been ignored both times. I had no issues with my experience with this seller until they lied to me and finally stopped communicating altogether. Very rude and unprofessional, I think. And this is what earned them a bad review.
