Inexpensive product. Get what you pay for.
It was packed poorly, caused the bristles to be smashed out of shape. The vacuum attachment is good for maybe 3 uses if you're lucky because it cracks almost immediately. But, it does do what it is advertised to do and for the price, what can you expect. Overall, I'll buy a more expensive, sturdy and reliable brand the next time. It is still cheaper than a new dryer or a house fire!
