Miyabi is owned by Zwilling, and their knives are some very good factory made examples. they are however designed for the western market, and therefore carry lots of branding on the backside of the blade.
the MC63 steel appears to be a rebranding of Takefu SG2.
The knife is well finished, and the bolstered handle may be more familiar to western cooks as compared to a traditional wa shape. Great for those starting their journey into Japanese made knvies, but not for experts

Zeiss Terra quality glass, with added reticle
I own a pair of Zeiss Terra HD binos, and these appear to be made in the same factory. Minox gets their glass from Schott so you know its good quality, but the style and weight are identical to the Zeiss. The price is also about the same, here you get the added feature of a ranging reticle. It would be nice if these ran $50-100 less than $399, but there are limited options of binos with a reticle and these are indeed good quality.

Great value-great control-recommend to anyone
After taking these to the range and then on the course I can easily say this is a good investment! Love the shafts, and I'm getting much better traajectory then I've had in years. Fun to hit, great control-better than expected from a club thats not a true blade.
