Doesn't work as is, too long!

Cable was created too LONG! It is a few millimeters too long and does not release the engine brake nor the electric ground. There's no adjustment for it. The outside jacket does not unscrew from the mounting attachments, it just pushes into the openings in them. So no adjustment that way. Therefore I haven't been able to use it. Only way to use it will be if it's jerry-rigged somehow to shorten it, such as tying knots in the cable or trying to find a tiny cable shortener.
