Firstly my experience with redmist35, I bid to win item, I paid promptly incl for royal mail posting recorded first class. He changed to Courier and failed to have recorded delivery as royal mail. I to this day dont have the item I payed for.

Smart modern and fairly low noise
This is a very lightweight product, so easier to install. Need to work out the measurement to get the main unit mounting bracket in the right place. However once you get that sorted. It's easy.
The extractor fan is quite low noise compared to my old one.
