Excellent Diet, Lots of Great Info

I had been having some slight weight and stomach issues so I tried this diet. It takes willpower to give up the five foods you need to give up for the week but it was worth it. I lost 8 lbs, did not go hungry, nor did I feel that I had to eat gross foods. You don't have to buy any food from the author but you can if you want to. I have actually continued to follow the diet and many of the suggestions for heathier living since the 7 days. I feel better and healthier. I hope to continue to lose or at least maintain my present weight and feel good. Best part was, no exercising. I'm sure it would have made things even better but I'm a busy woman and as many feel, I don't have the time for treadmills or weights, just living. Try it, I think you will agree. It's not really a diet, it's a dietary change.

Awesome product!

I love this show. It is wholesome, worth watching, and appropriate for all. Great storyline about a girl who loves and helps horses, a little bit of growing up lessons and falling in love without nudity, cussing or violence. Would recommend to anyone.
