A pattern
The pattern had been used but was in good condition. It was exactly the pattern I needed.

It works!
After dealing with the absence of the original ball bearings needed for some time, it is wonderful to be able to pull the upper rack out without worrying that it will fall. The replacement is better engineered for the job than the original.

Excellent tool!
This boot jack pulls my garden boots off carefully and quickly! The rubber surround keeps the boot jack from damaging my boots. I feel it is a very good value.
