Save your fruit!
1 of 1 found this helpful I have yogurt with fresh fruit every morning. Strawberries would decay and blueberries would get mushy. These containers really do preserve the fruit for a longer period of time. DON'T wash your fruit first. Not sure way, but it's part of the instructions in using them.

Natural Sleep Aid
This is my second purchase of Somulin. If I haven't had a good night's sleep in three days, I will take one (you can take two) and I sleep like a baby all night long. My only disappointment is this bottle expires seven months after I received it. I use to take Tylenol PM or Advil PM nightly and was advised by my doctor to stop. He stated, in time, the body gets immune to the drug and they no longer work when taking them on a regular basis. I wanted something "natural" and decided to give Somulin a try.
