2 ordered, 2 dont work

I bought these because my other controller died, neither of them work. The buttons and analog sticks on both controllers are messed up, and every time the controllers vibrate I hear a high pitch electrical sound, terrible quality.

Solid LGA2011 board

The board works well right out of the box, and the BIOS was already flashed to the point where it could work with both V1 and V2 CPU's.
