Fits and feels great. Fits on the "rider only" seat mount screw hole location on my '96 XL1200C. I never carry passengers, so that's fine for me. I needed a seat with a lower back for the rider position than my stock seat, this one seems to do the trick nicely, and also seems to have more cushion where it counts!
