2 of 2 found this helpful I was on Tizanadine for muscle spasms and cramping and I complained of some side effects like twitching while holding a cup in my hand and some shaking. My primary physician has taken me off the prescription drug and put me on this form of magnesium and my symptoms have started to subside.
