Still haven't used this priniter
1 of 2 found this helpful We were not aware that the printer needed extra special ink to operate normally. There was no owners guide with the printer so we had to find out by trial and error that the printer needs more ink than normal for regular printing. So as of today we still haven''t printed any documents as we are still shopping for the correct ink. The print quality has yet to be seen.
