This is the second time Ebay international has said a package was delivered and it was not.
I believe there is a lot of EBay shipping fraud. My package was never delivered nor signed for as I required a signature for delivery. There was zero investigation. I will no longer be shopping on eBay. Good Bye EBay !!!
