SO GOOD I CANT HEAR THE ALARM!
BEING A VERY LIGHT SLEEPER I OFTEN USE EARPLUGS TO BLOCK NOISE - THESE ARE THE VERY BEST I HAVE FOUND. I WAS GIVEN A COMPLEMENTARY PAIR IN NAMIBIA WHILST STAYING AT A LODGE THAT OFTEN HAS HIGH WIND NOISE AND SINCE THEM HAVE PURCHASED MANY PAIRS. THEY ARE SOFT, EASY TO INSERT AND REMAIN COMFORTABLE ALL NIGHT - I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

? Wire binding option
Good manual to answer your Qs... only suggestion would be to offer wire spiral binding - the plastic is rather annoying as pages get stuck. I would be happy a little more if offered for this option.
