  Description states some parts on the listing are new. When items arrived I found things described as new were not new, things were not only used but completely ruined. The seller admited that he even knows some thing were ruined and useless before shipping. They refused to help, saying refund or return window was closed, which was not true according to Ebay policies, they just doesn't want to help. I been buying from Ebay monthly for the last years, this transaction is the worst experience ever.

  I'm sorry you feel this way but you told me about this issue after I received your money and eBay concluded that you had no problem's with your order. By the way you only received one faulty battery out of 10 which is bad but the rest you talk about is all false. First and foremost I never said the goggle's are new I said like new meaning cosmetically and it was fully functional. The drone and controller I stated were broken. I cant really see the issue here except a partial refund of maybe $10.
