Piece of Junk
This thing cracked as soon as I put the 2 pieces together, had to modify it to make it work and the squirrels still get onto the feeder over the top of the very small diameter baffle. Don't waste your money.

pole mount may be better than hanging but I would reinforce it wil another piece of wood

Do not buy a used go pro
After using the camera a couple times I realize that the previous owner definitely put this camera thru some water damage. The sound has a slight scratch to it (my last one did not) and the case had rust all over each of the metal springs in the buttons (my last one did not). I used my previously used one that a friend gave me and I used it under water all the time and never had rust on any parts, this camera was clearly considerably wet at some point before I purchased it and I'm not too happy about that for $125 I should have just paid the extra for a new one.
