Damaged but working well
2 of 2 found this helpful I received this product on time and packaged well. My samsung chromebook has light scratches and wear. The charging port is damaged and the charger does not stay in well. This will need to sit to charge, cannot use on lap while charging. Otherwise, product is as expected and works well.
UPDATE - been working on it for 5 hours. Chrome os was damaged. I needed to do a powerwash and factory reset. Then I needed a thumb drive to perform a recovery using my MacBook for assistance. Still trying to recover OS, then will try to set up good as new. "Factory refurbished" is a lie. Whoever did this barely wiped the machine from the last user. I'm doing your job. Your welcome.
