It's ok.
It's a nescessary evil. As part of a system, it's better than just a strap, but makes for a bulky kit. Could be designed better. If you are mounting your weapon directly to your leg. mount, it is less bulky than if you are adding the quick disconnect adapter. Having said that. It still works.
