Definitely was open and returned. Even though it said new in unopened box. When I pulled it out of box the water tank fell and broke cause was was not taped to the machine. Plastic wrap just draped around it.

I don't believe these are real Hushpuppies as I own many other pairs of Hushpuppies Mary Janes, and the quality, leather thickness, and sizing is pretty horrible on this pair. I ordered 1/2 size larger than my normal shoe size for the brand on these on purpose as I am aging and our feet can spread more; however, this pair is fully an inch longer than needed and do wide they slip off my feet. I know seller policy is no returns, did contact seller with my concerns, received no response.
