After asking the seller to send me a battery or to refund just HALF the cost of one, they only offered a refund payable on receipt of my return. I bought it as a gift and that would have meant no gift to give and no $$ to get another one in time so, sadly, I gifted it as is. "Give me a partial refund because xx item is missing" that was included in the package. We do not ever offer partial refunds, only refunds once the item is shipped back.
