  So watch had an issue so I reached out to Syed. He IMMEDIATELY responded. We had a good discussion about possible issue and decided something in transit may have caused an issue. I am going to take to a local watchmaker to do a service and review. Syed gave me an agreed upon refund and I and TOTALLY happy with dealing with him. Beautiful vintage watch that hopefully with a service will be tip top.
