May Be Good For Pool But Was A Bust for Lake Use... Almost Impossible to Get Into
1 of 1 found this helpful This looked great in concept but it definitely isn't for the lake. It is almost impossible to get on from a boat dock. The "leg part" makes it very difficult to scoot into the "chair part". It is practically impossible to get into it from deep water... You just can't scoot past the "leg part".
Also, most similar items let you be partially in the water but this one totally suspends you above water. It might be better suited for a pool with a very shallow end but I don't have one to try it out.

Great Product and Works As Advertised... Will Save Your Transducer from Debris Damage
I have had this spring loaded transducer mount for over 2 years now and have had two different large Humminbird Side Image transducers installed using the mount. It has worked perfectly and I feel that it has already saved my transducer at least twice when I ran over debris with the boat.
If you run your transducer at or below the transom on your boat, you need this spring loaded mount to reduce the risk of damage when cruising at speed.
