Not your usual Patterson mystery
3 of 3 found this helpful Sometimes (purposely) obscure and disjointed this is an unusual, especially for Patterson, mystery/thriller that has it's good and bad moments. While reading, I frequently thought to myself, "Where is this story going?" Once you realize it's supposed to be that way, it's a lot easier to go with the flow to see where it ends up. While the surprise ending sorta clears everything up, as a whole, the book never quite delivers. The characters are more caricatures than real prople, and the plot is more cliche than it should be. Still, it's an easy read with some amusing sequences and an intriguing mystery within a mystery.

Powerhouse 18Inch screen in a laptop
This is a powerhouse laptop with an18 inch screen, quad core processor, and a full sized keyboard with separate numeric/cursor pad. It also came standard with a Blu-ray/DVD read write drive with LightScribe capability. Onboard memory was either 4 or 8 GB. Typical battery life was bout 30 minutes in normal mode. There is a power saving mode that extends battery life, but why would you ever use it unless you had to.
