Unfortunately, the main item arrived broken (we think USPS treated the package so carelessly that the ceramic piece broke in spite of the seller’s packing job) but it was still a positive experience. I took photos of the broken item in situ as soon as I opened the box, sent them to the seller, and he immediately issued a refund, expressed his regrets that the breakage occurred, and was pleasant to interact with.

Terrific dryer - quick
I own a couple of these and have for years. They dry fast and are extremely reliable. The cord rolls up into the handle so it's never tangled and while it's not what I would call compact, the handle folds so it's not giant when you do that for storage.

won't stay put
The very first night I tried it wound up on the floor in the morning. It just wouldn't stay put during sleep
