Long range beam
1 of 1 found this helpful This is my second one of the lights. I keep one bike in Florida and the other in Michigan. I first saw one of these while riding in a car and was at least a half mile down the road from a cycler and first saw the beam. We caught up to him at a light and I asked him what brand of taillight he had and it was this one. I ride hundreds of miles a year and want to be seen continuously. The sooner I am spotted the better for me. After mounting the light I'll try to aim it at a wall about 20' away so it will be level with a driver in a car and just a little to left side of my rear. I'm hoping to get that beam right into their eyes from a great distance, just like when I had first noticed it.
