  Seller never shipped and when contacted 3 times the seller never responded. Boots were going to.be a bday present and they never came. Took matter up with eBay and they ended up refunding me the money for the boots. Horrible seller.

  Item was as described and in good condition. However, they could have done a better job of packing it. It was relatively "loose" in the box. It was surrounded by packing materials but could easily shift back and forth. It should have been wrapped in bubble wrap before being put in the box and then secured with packing materials around It. It did, however, arrive safely.
