Excellent projector. Refurbished = Brand new. Great picture.
This item was refurbished but it was packaged extremely well and essentially appears brand new. Bright, beautiful picture and just outstanding quality all around.
The internal speaker isn’t the best but I run external Bluetooth speaker on a UEBoom and it’s perfect for outdoors. It doesn’t have internal smart software, but that’s ok because users will likely use a streaming stick. Fan noise is moderate but not intrusive with external speakers.
The mini-USB port is unpowered, so you cannot power a streaming stick- you will need to have an extra outlet for power. Caveat: It does have a USB-C so you may be able to power it there but I would need to purchase an adapter to try.
The short throw is the critical feature I needed and it can get a full 120” picture a mere 6’ from the screen. It’s perfect for my outdoor patio setup on my patio coffee table.
Overall it’s a great value to buy refurbished. At full price it would be hard to justify but a 40% savings is more than worth it.
