Diesel Glow Plug Relay NAPA GPR109
    Mar 12, 2018
    Glow plug relay
This is a glow plug relay with an isolated ground. Though the case has the markings of a divorced starter solenoid "I" and "S". I tested it with my multi meter. Normally a starter solenoid receives power through the ""S" terminal when the key is turned to start and the ground is provided by the mounting flange bolted being to the firewall. "I" is momentary 12 volt signal to the ignition coil to bypass the resistor. This is a vestige of the days of ignition points. But this relay is actually the proper isolated ground you need for a glow plug system in that; you can provide 12 volts to either terminal and the glow plug controller card provides ground to the other to engage the solenoid. Disregard the letters. Doesn't matter which you make power or ground. The mounting flange is completley isolated from the solenoid circuits in every way.
25855 Warn Multi-Mount Front Receiver Chevrolet / GMC Pickup / Blazer / Jimmy

Front receiver mount for 1973-87 K5 Blazer
This front receiver FITS 1973-1987 Chevrolet K5 Blazers and CUCV M1009's. Warn doesn't know this. The picture of the hitch is WRONG everywhere. The actual hitch you get has vertical sides that fit INSIDE the c-channel frame of your Chevy. Go ahead an ask them and they have no clue and will tell you they don't have a front receiver for K5 Blazers. But this one fits them and will allow you to use a multi mount winch up front. Here is the deal; That picture of the hitch in Warns catalog is NOT what the hitch actually looks like. The sides of the actual hitch are vertical and fit inside the C-channel of your frame NOT on top the way the picture depicts. On 1973-87 K5 Blazers the hitch lines up with the stock bumper bracket holes in the frame but the hitch is 1/2" too narrow. All you gotta do is stack the thick washers included with the hitch and maybe a few more depending on your frame, to get the hitch to fit snug between the frame rails. It is way easier than it sounds. hardest part is removing the front bumper and bumper brackets to get the hitch between the frame rails. You do have to remove the bumper.. will not be able to squeeze the hitch in without removing the bumper.. just remove the bumper. The bolts can be pretty rusty in the bumper. Get some WD specialist or nut breaker lube whatchmacallit stuff and spray them down a day in advance. You'll swear less. The hitch places the multi mount below your front license plate. It is low and you probably wouldn't want to wheel around with the winch in place up front but that is the beauty of the multi mount.. you just take the winch off and put it in the bed when not in use. On a M1009 (Military Blazer) there is an extra bracket on the outside of the frame rail and bolts to attach the pintle shackles to the frame. The heads of the bolts holding those pintle shackle brackets to the frame act as spacers in lieu of the aforementioned washers and this hitch fits snug once they are back in place (you need to remove the bumper and those pintle bracket bolts completely to get the hitch into the frame rails, slide hitch rearward, replace pintle bolts and brackets, slide hitch into it's forward home position and reassemble the bumper). I did this in the snow in a parking lot. Took me more time to get the old rusty bumper bolts out than anything else. One note on M1009 military blazer installation; You will need 4" long bolts to attach the hitch in the same diameter as those that come with the hitch. They go through the hitch, frame, and pintle hook brackets too. Where as on a civilian blazer the bolts that come with the hitch work fine. The whole setup is stronger than the frame it is attached too when you are all done. I don't know why warn has the wrong picture listed or why their techs have no clue what this hitch fits. I wrote them an email and called them about it and my success on my 1976 K5 and 1986 M1009 and I might as well called Mars. They are all into jeeps these days and have forgotten the squarebody crowd of yesterday. Rest assured, if you want a front receiver mount for a 1973-1987 K5 Blazer; this is the hitch you want. On the forums you'll see a lot of talk about drilling or whatever.. all I can say is it fit my 76 and 86 K5's without a.. hitch (see what i did there?) The lack of 5 stars is due to warn not knowing their own product. Glad I just bought the thing and installed it anyways cause now I have a receiver front and rear; Front being for the other guy and rear for me when I get stuck. That's usually how it works anyways.
Armadillo Tan Leather Horizontal Miami Vice Shoulder Holster P2-Ber
    Oct 07, 2019
    Not for Walther PPK/s
A nice leather shoulder holster. Does not retain a Walther PPK/S securely. The pistol can easily slip out from under the thumb strap and due to the flat angle of the shoulder holster. If the holster were cut differently, this would not be a problem. It holds other small pistols well. After having my PPK/s slip out unexpectedly, after only a week of carry, and land in the snow! Sorry. Poorly designed and cut leather for the Walther. The angle of the dual magazine holster is too verticle as well. Should be canted in towards the belly. In fact, the gun holster would be adequate if it too were canted above horizontal. Yes, I adjusted the shoulder straps. Due to the center of gravity, the pistol causes itself to be dumped out of the holster, even with the thumb snap in place. Sorry. Fail.
