I placed a large aluminum foil roaster pan under it to collect the chaff. Cut out a hole for the gas burner. The door will fly open when heated. Insert it backwards so handle can provide additional leverage when closing then bend a copper #12 wire around handle to ensure it won't open during roasting. Instructions are in such poor English as to be useless. About 30 min for 200g to espresso roast on medium high for me. Excellent value! Well made tho a little crude.
