EXCELLENT RANGE
1 of 1 found this helpful We use this remote control to turn soap on and off while using a hot water pressure washer. Normally the operator would have to go back to the machine to manually turn off or on a conventional soap valve. Using instead this device in conjunction with a 12v solenoid valve, The pressure washer operator can do same from the point of use without having to return to the washer repeatedly, saving a lot of time.
We registered a range of 200' plus in an open area without obstructions using the receiver "as is". By adding a whip antenna to the receiver's blue wire the range increased to over 300'.
We are very pleased with the results.
