  This item arrived as described. There are no scratches or stains. Item arrived packaged securely in bubble wrap with instructions. The color is darker than in the photo which I'm grateful for, just my preference. This item is very durable and sturdy and the keyboard is a logitech standard! The price point for this is worth it, being that it is more than half off what all retailers including logitech are charging for this keyboard. Great buy!!!

  Ultimately a positive experience. Item was ordered, showed up on my eBay purchases page as shipped, but "untracked." Not sure what happened there, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. After 10 days or so, I had to open a not received claim, and the seller refunded me immediately. Item never arrived. Must have been a seller shipping hiccup, as I'd expect they'd want their items shipped & tracked.
