Performed as Expected
I received a pair of Intel Xeon E5345 SLAEJ that was a newer Stepping than SLAC5. It's been two weeks since I installed them. They've performed as expected. Compared with the pair of Intel Xeon 5140 (Dual Core) I had before, they increased my Windows 10's Windows Experience Index to 8.7 from 8.3. I didn't run any other benchmarks. But it feels a bit faster PC now.

Great video graphics card for my older computer
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a great video graphics card for my older computer: Dell Precision Workstation 490. Not the newest or most powerful, but capable of basic gaming. It's 50% more powerful than GTX 750 ti, but only 15% more costly when buying used in June 2020. It runs cool and quiet under normal work loads. EVGA is a good brand. You can find good product info and support on its well designed website, which stands out among other manufacturers. This is a double width (2 slots), full length card with a 6-pin power plug on top, make sure your case has enough room and the card holder does not obstruct the power plug.
