No Substitute for TRU-GLO TFO's
When I can, I put TRU-GLO TFO sights on all of my pistols. In my opinion, they are superior to non TFO products. During the daytime they are bright and crisp. At night, the soft glow of the tritium filled tubes on the nightstand re-assures that should the need arise one can quickly find the equipped firearm and align with the target.
Best of all there are no batteries to worry about. I have peers that swear by the little mini red dots or lasers and I have witnessed them fail when asked to engage at the practice range. I like red dot sights but I really don't feel the need for them with these TFO's.
Put them on, know how they shoot by practicing, and rest worry free!
There is a lifespan for the tritium. I believe it is 10ish years so if your TFO's are not as bright as when you bought them and you don't have a warm fuzzy feeling about them performing to your standards in the dark it might be time to replace them.

I use this as a helmet bag for a flight helmet!
I've been searching for a helicopter helmet bag to replace the issued antiquated one and this is just the ticket! I can fit all of my essential flashlights, rain jackets, helmet, flight gloves, batteries, face masks, tyvex suits, IPad. I tried a couple of other bags and this model from MASTIFF fills all of my requirements! Best thing is my NVG mount doesn't get snagged up anymore!
