Aircraft CO Detector
1 of 1 found this helpful I use the detector in my airplane. I have it velcro'd to the instrument panel. It is highly visible both day and night. My old chemical CO detector card could not be seen at night. The visible alarm is a great feature to catch your attention should the cabin have CO in flight. The audible alarm is ok if taxiing, but cannot be heard in flight. It would be nice if the unit was more compact, but it is small and light enough to be secured to the instrument panel without any problems of it coming loose due to G forces or vibration. Overall it is much safer than the chemical card CO detectors and MUCH less expensive than other commercially available electronic units.

excellent product, goes on easily, matches the old Monokote metallic gold trim you cannot get anymore.

Unique engine.
Powerful for a .30. Unique addition to the usual single cylinder glow engines. Great for scale projects.
