Overly sensitive
Works as describe for the most part if it weren't so fragile and setup button is extremely sensitive which causes malfunction more than half the time. Setting up was horrible as lightly touching anything could cause a shift in category or shifting completely to a different person setup page. Even if i specifically press only one of the 3 buttons. After almost 30 minutes setting up 1 person, I tried to step on it and the programming went haywire, rapidly scrolling between all options and person 1-12. I had to let it auto turn off before I could try again. Instruction that came with it was amounted to just "stick batteries in". Usage instruction on the face is just as useless. They recommended to take off shoes and socks, but bare feet caused too much problem with touch sensitivity. If you have a slightly average size feet or bigger, you'll end up pressing all the buttons. So I ended up wearing my shoes and subtracting the weight of my shoes from the total to get a proper reading. Doing this mess up every other calculation like bmi. My bathroom scale works perfect if I only wanted to weigh myself, which made this scale obsolete. Does not work at all in humid climate. I watched it scroll through options without even touching it. I ended up throwing it away as the hassle of return and shipping isn't worth it.
