Won't do my job

I need to print text with a small amount of primary color on label stock. The printer won't accept label stock from the feed tray, must be fed 1 sheet at a time. The color portions of the print experience a great deal of cold offset. The toner cartridges it shipped with only printed 120 pages. Not happy at all with this purchase
