Gluten free recipes taste best the same day
I trust America's Test Kitchen and trust that they have a great product. However I'm not a gluten-free person, I ordered it to see if I could make desserts for gluten-free other people. With my new Vitamix dry container, I was excited about making my own rice flour for the flour blend. Turns out the desserts (I looked specifically at cookies) last only a day or two before going stale. And it looks like several other of the gluten-free recipes are only best when eaten same-day. So I have not tried any of the recipes yet.
