  Item was correctly listed as "Factory Sealed". When received, the DVD did NOT play on (3) DVD players and (1) Blue-Ray/DVD player nor on (2) different computers. Contacted this seller and he GLADLY and GRACIOUSLY accepted a return. He issued a quick refund. His listing was honest and accurate and the "non-functioning DVD" was not his fault.   Item was not "new sealed," as the digital code flyer that should be inside the case was removed. Item was "like new" and resealed without the code. otherwise item packaged well and shipped fast, and the disks play without issue.

  Weird and must be a factory glitch. I've sold literally hundreds of things from this distributor and never had anyone reporting anything similar to this.
