Good for the price, but could be better.
The unit seems to be made from good materials, but the build quality was not perfect - inaccurate bolt holes and welds lead to some slight misalignment that can make assembly and operation (moving the beam up and down) imperfect - nothing fatal to the functionality, though. The frame supports seem a little thin but I suppose for one ton or less they are fine.
There are no assembly instructions, just an exploded view of the product. No torque specifications are included. Some of the bolts should be put in the opposite as indicated - i.e. nuts should be on the bottom so if they come loose, the bolt does not fall out. One person can assemble this (without another crane), but it's not easy.
