A MUST own for anyone who even suspects codependency!
This book was recommended to me by a psychologist after our 2nd session. I am currently devouring this book...and amazed at how she has identified so precisely the many faces of codependents. It feels like it was written with me in mind in some chapters-you will be amazed to learn that codependency is so many things. Prior to this book I had a pretty vague and doubtful opinion of codependency if there even was such a thing. This book explains, reveals, and heals.......so glad I got it and wish I'd known of it many years ago!

Great be quality and lots of uses.
Sticks to itself easily. Easy to apply, and price is great. Not as heavy as some, but perfect for my needs. I have arthritis in fingers and use it for just a bit of support rather than a bulky splint.
Have found many other uses, and can't be without it now!🙂

Dress to live in!
Perfect dress for summer days, lounging in house or throw on a shrug to run errands! I will be living in these now that I am retired.
