Very good system, great sound, anyone can set it up. I love BOSE.
1 of 1 found this helpful A really great system and setup was very easy although it did take a couple of hours. Bose has always had a good reputation and my house was prewired (ceiling) for a surround sound system and so, this was it. I am told there are other sound systems that perform better - larger speakers, better sound, eetc but if you need small speakers this is the way to go. the only issue I have is that it limits you to 3 HDMI inputs in the back. WIth satellite tv, playstation, DVD, I can't use apple tv as well and I have to hook it up through the front of the console which is a problem because I use a tv table & stand and everything should go through the back. Also I'd like more options on the sound system - it has 5.1 and 3.1 plus enhanced. My other system had about 12 options to replicate sports, auditoriums, etc but when ou set it up its supposed to automatically configure the best sound arrangement for the source. AND it works best in a closed room, and I have a very large - 600 sq feet - living room and its an open plan. Nonetheless its a very good system.
