2 of 2 found this helpful I am being very honest about this Item and had I only been going to use this on one device it would have got 5 stars. It installed perfectly on the first device and works great. When I came to install it on a subsequent device it came up something went wrong. It didn't tell me what went wrong but used up one of my five addresses. I tried again and the same thing happened so that was two lives lost. The third time it happened I contacted the McAfee support line online and eventually had to give their agent remote access to my laptop to install it for me have to say their support staff were very good and installed it in the space of about an hour. Nevertheless this is a good product and the price is very good it's just a shame that I had to lose two lives and get a techi to install it for me. I would recommend it though and will buy it again myself next year.
