excellent - buy it!
It is a true multi-release cleat. Saved me from a crash a couple of times. In a regular cleat I would've been locked into the pedal.

poor quality
0 of 1 found this helpful What you see in the picture is not what you will get. Poor quality control. Mine arrived with a large scratch. Also, two edges were rough sanded with almost no finish on them. The finish itself is quite dull, nothing like the shiny finish you see in the photo. Steer clear.

plastic too soft
1 of 1 found this helpful First ride, first big bump, bottle fell right out. May work on a standard size bottle ok, but not a larger magnum size bottle. Plastic is soft and does not grip tight enough. This was a road bike. Don't think this would be good on a mountain bike at all.
