Hareware was easy -- Software not so much

Actual installation of LAN Adapter was very easy. For whatever reason, the built in software to connect did not automatically implement. Result was long (60 minutes or so) telcon with SONY Tech Support. Tech guided my thru several approaches and finally an internet connection was successfully made. Tech was good but I had to endure the long wait time and the ridiculous, recorded and repeated messages while on hold. . All well that ends well.
